This boiler is produced following the European guidelines given by the norm EN 303/5 and pressure equipment directive PED 97/23.
Construction of the boiler: Heating chamber is divided in two parts: Front storage part for fuel and back heat-exchanger part consisting of three vertical flue gas passes. The passage between first and second part is protected by the fireproof ceramic block;
Boiler has a manual cast-iron made cleaning system at the bottom above the ash tray. It comes with a thermometer on the front side.
It is made of 5mm thick steel (parts less exposed to high temperatures are 4mm).
Combustion is controlled via draught regulator (which is not a component part of boiler, must be ordered extra).
In order to achieve proper function of this boiler, a mixing valve is to be mounted on the return line (absolutely necessary). This model also requires a larger (higher) chimney compared to other models.
With correct installation and setting this boiler can burn autonomously up to 10 hours without fuel refill.
